As part of a random controlled trial at LbQ, we are looking for primary schools in Oldham to take part. Those schools that sign up will receive £5,000 worth of classroom resources. Learning by Questions (LbQ) has just undergone a year-long £1 million Feedback Project run across the UK. Every teacher who took part in the project* stated that LbQ had saved them time and 9 out of 10 teachers said that it had helped their pupils to achieve greater academic progress. Project Manager and former Blackpool teacher Pat May explains: “We have developed a revolutionary educational tool right here in the North West and we have two Opportunity ‘Areas’ on our doorstep. We can make a difference right here at home. We’re calling for primary schools (Year 5) to take part in a random control trial for 18 weeks to see what impact we can make. Every school who takes part in the trial will be given £5,000 worth of classroom tech, books and training.” We will be holding a meeting to discuss the project with interested schools on the **27th November 4:00 - 5:30pm at** **Woodhouses VC Primary School, Ashton Road, Failsworth, Manchester, M35 9WL.** For more information and to sign up for the project please email Pat at []( The trial will be conducted by an independent research team from Liverpool John Moores University. *Based on 85 teachers completing an exit survey
